CORE VALUES

Respect for fundamental human rights, to take responsibility for creating a safe and healthy work environment and to contribute to society's long-term sustainability are core values on Ragnars. We work systematically to ensure that our core values are understood and embraced by all employees in the organization.

1. CUSTOMER - OUR MAIN PRIORITY

Our client is always our top priority. This means that: we

- Develop and market products that our customers demand.
- Deliver products on time and with quality that meets our customers' expectations.
- Offer prices on products that our customers perceive to be competitive.

2. HONESTY & HUMILITY

We strive to maintain an open and honest communication. We associate with people in a respectful manner, regardless of status or role. We comply with laws and regulations, and we keep our promises. We comply with existing laws, regulations and requirements. The ambition is to be one step ahead of the law by actions.

3. RESPECT FOR THE INDIVIDUAL

We are working to achieve a good working relationship between employer and employee. Employees shall have ability to influence, personal development and meaningful tasks.
We work systematically to make all employees develop and appreciate the work as well as to prevent occupational injuries, stress and injuries caused by repetitive movements or heavy lifting.
All employees should be treated with respect and dignity. All forms of corporal punishment, mental or verbal abuse, unlawful harassment, threats and / or intimidation are prohibited.
All employees with the same experience and qualifications should receive equal pay for equal work when the workload is comparable.

Our designs are timeless and we choose materials with the ambition of our products' life cycle to be one of the main arguments to choose Ragnars.
We develop and manufacture products with materials that have minimal impact on the environment for the customer as well as our employees' work environment. Materials must be recycable or being able to convert to energy.

5. HIGH AND CONSISTENT QUALITY

We provide products with high quality and long life cycle with the ambition to live up to our customers, often high, expectations. As individuals we are working to ”do the right thing in every moment" in all processes.
Continuous improvement is a natural part of our employees' lives.
